Terms of service

Plain and short. Questions? Email concerns@stillly.xyz.

1. Overview

These terms cover any commission, build, or service ordered from stillly. Requesting a quote or starting a project means you agree to them.

2. Quotes & payment

Every project is priced to scope. The figures on the order page are starting points; the final price is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due up front. Work starts once payment is received. Larger projects may be split into milestones, agreed in advance.

3. No refunds

All sales are final. Because work is custom and time is committed to your project, payments are non-refundable once a project has started, including any deposit or milestone payment.

If I am unable to deliver what was agreed, we will work it out in good faith, but refunds are not guaranteed and are at my sole discretion.

4. Ownership & licensing

When your project is fully paid, you own the delivered code and assets for your own use. I may reuse general techniques, libraries, and non-client-specific building blocks in future work.

I may showcase the work in my portfolio unless you ask me in writing to keep it private.

5. No reselling or redistribution

Delivered code and assets are licensed for your project only. You may not resell, sublicense, repackage, or redistribute them, in whole or in part, to third parties.

Sharing source files publicly or passing them to others to reuse is not permitted. Violating this ends any support obligations with no refund.

6. Revisions & scope

The quote covers the scope we agree on. Reasonable tweaks during the build are included. New features or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

7. Hosting & support

Managed hosting for bots is an optional recurring service. While active, I keep your bot online. If the recurring charge lapses, hosting may be paused. You can self-host at any time.

Code-only deliveries are hosted and maintained by you.

8. Turnaround

Timelines are estimates given in good faith and depend on scope and how quickly you provide what I need. Delays caused by missing information or feedback are not my responsibility.

9. Conduct

I do not build anything malicious, abusive, or against Discord's or any platform's Terms of Service. I may decline or stop a project that crosses that line, and prior payments remain non-refundable.

10. Liability

Work is provided as is. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform changes, or downtime outside my control. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected work.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated over time. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
